YOUR ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
We spent 3 nights with Kathleen and Chris and felt so comfortable from the start. We were warmly welcomed and received a lot of information and tips on excursions in the area, tips for restaurants/shopping, etc. Both were very attentive and you can tell that they like to welcome guests and that the well-being of the guests is very important to them. The rooms and the “hub” are super nicely furnished, there is everything you need, and more 🙂 Cooking utensils, games, bath utensils,… even milk, eggs, bread, jam and juice were provided to us. We thought that was a particularly great service. The kitchen is ideally equipped, there is a dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. Also toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Such a fun space is rare.
Our children loved the 3 sheep and dog Lucky – the farewell was difficult and we definitely recommend the accommodation 🙂
everything was perfect! the breakfast was well-needed and the beds were comfy! it was nice to have a common room where we could play games and have some fun, not to mention the brilliant surrounding location filled with caves and climbing routes! They were very hospitable and understanding! by far the best place I have ever stayed in Clare!

We were a group of 9 and had the loft and The Hub to ourselves … Kathleen and Chris provided us with milk, juice, bread and other treats for breakfast.
The kitchen was superbly equipped, there was a grill and also a cozy evening by the campfire.
We also received tips for things to do in the area and could have stayed much longer to enjoy the Burren area and the warmth of our hosts

“The location and quality of this B&B is exceptional and the hosts were generous and helpful.”
The “hub” as they call it, was a great space to eat, plan for the day, and relax. There were musical instruments, great books to read and maps of the local area. The only thing I could think to make it even better would be a toilet, but the short walk to our room was really no trouble at all.
The fresh, warm bread was baked to perfection, and held up beautifully for sandwiches later in the week. Her croissants were also exceptional. There were farm fresh eggs, butter, local honey and jam provided. Breakfast was perfect.“Enjoying the burren far from the crowds”
The host is one of the nicest person we’ve met over the course of our trip, the place is a little piece of heaven, and the « hub » next to the house allows for a real chill place to cook and hang out outside of the rooms. The whole place is furnished perfectly, and the hosts provide so many little attentions that you truly feel at home. We had the best of times there.
