Absolute Comfort

Accommodating up to 11 people, the Loft includes two spacious studio rooms – Aven and Gentian — each with their own en-suite bathroom. Your family or group can choose to stay in either rooms, or both. Flexibility comes standard and we’ll rearrange the layout to suit your needs.

While Into the Burren is our full-time, family home – the Loft has its own entrance to ensure your total privacy.

Your Exclusive Use

You’ll have complete privacy, and you and your party will be the only guests staying with us. This makes our Self-Catering Loft perfect for families spending time together or guests wanting a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the beauty of Clare.

Special Extras

Staying at The Loft and included in the rate is full PRIVATE use of our special kick-back space – The Hub. This relaxed, open area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are large dining tables so you can enjoy family meals or special celebrations in private, and a great chill-out space with sofas.

The Hub is also stocked with plenty of books and games, a retro audio system, guitars and a ukulele! So, there’s lots to keep families entertained and it’s a great place to reconnect.

The Loft also gives you your own BBQ outside as well as a Firewok. Light a fire, grab some food and enjoy a quiet place to watch the stars or listen to the waves rolling in at Fanore Beach.

And we’ve thought of those important extras that make all the difference. A unique feature of Into the Burren is that we provide everything needed for a healthy continental-style breakfast, ready for you to prepare as you wish.

From morning drop-ins and an abundance of local tips and advice – we’ll make sure you feel welcome and at home, and nothing is too much trouble. Please know though – we fully respect your privacy and will offer interaction only as much as you’d like.

And when you’re ready to relax, enjoy the plentiful cafes and traditional pubs offering fresh, local food. Ours is truly a place made for slow travel and heart felt discoveries.

Getting Around

We do recommend that you bring a car with you, giving you the freedom to enjoy a complete Burren experience. We offer private parking on-site.

Public transport is available:
Bus Éireann Route 350 (Galway ↔ Ennis) stops at Fanore Bridge which is a 10-minute walk to us.
